The 5th Annual Lil' Pumpkin Festival at BlackRock Center for the Arts offers the Upcounty community a fun, free, and safe way to enjoy all kinds of spooky fall festivities.
Activities from 11 AM – 6 PM include trick-or-treating, live music, costume parades, spooky dance parties, an Artisan's Market, and a biergarten for the parents!
This year's festival will be bigger than ever - don't miss out on a day of Halloween fun!
We are also thrilled to have our Lil' Pumpkins Festival in partnership with GGCC's Germantown Oktoberfest hosted on BlackRock's Great Lawn and Outdoor Stage! To learn more about the Germantown Oktoberfest festivities, please visit the GGCC website.

October 25 & 26 - A Room with a Clue by Dean Fiala
In an interactive theatre performance, the local game club has won a weekend in a mansion and decides to roleplay a mystery based on Lizzie's favorite childhood board game. But as the game becomes all too real, the group realizes that they might have more than one murder to solve.
A Taste For Murder Productions offers interactive mystery performances for all ages. Brush up on your detective skills as you help solve the perfect crime, and be treated to a delicious dessert in return!

11 AM - 4:30 PM: COSTUME PARADES
Don your favorite costume and get ready to strut your stuff on our Outdoor Stage in one of our costume parades!
11 AM - 6 PM: ARTISANS MARKET
With your favorite vendors who specialize in hand-crafted goods, jewelry, candles, and more, you can join us monthly for your handmade fix. Artisan's Markets will also feature local crafters and artists.
2 PM - 6 PM: NOT-SO SPOOKY DANCE PARTIES
Calling all lil' pumpkins, astronauts, witches, superheroes, and beyond! Join us for our Not-So Spooky Dance Parties in our decked-out BlackBox.
*Please note: Strobe lighting and fog will be used from 2PM to 5:30PM. The second dance party starting at 5:30PM will be sensory-friendly. Tickets available soon!
10 AM & 11:30 AM: Baltimore Symphony Orchestra - ALL ABOARD (Brass Quartet)
