Ballet For Fitness

This class is designed to keep your body in shape as we grow older. It will feature exercises at the barre which assist in body alignment and posture and overall use of all body muscles to keep you supple and strong. No previous ballet classes are required!
Building on the skills developed in the beginner level, you'll expand your vocabulary with a variety of six-count, eight-count and Charleston patterns, ranging from material that's easy to use on the social dance floor to flashier moves that are sure to wow onlookers.
